I have visited John for a number of complaints over a period of 8 years. With his treatment I have recovered fully from serious and debilitating neck pain. Consequently I am also completely free from the associated headaches, vertigo (dizziness), pins and needles and numbness. John has also helped to ‘bring me back’ from a major (disc related) episode of lower back agony! With his careful and holistic treatment (including putting me in contact with an excellent Pilates teacher) I again find myself free from the problem and pain.
He has treated me on occasions in all 3 of my pregnancies and of course he has been a great help during my postnatal recovery. I have confidently recommended him many, times and so amongst others he has also treated my mother, sister, partner and 3rd baby!
John’s treatment is intuitive, educated, sensitive and above all very, very well considered. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have a degenerative neurological illness (Parkinson's disease) and John has helped me enormously. My illness does not only affect me on a physical level (rigidity, slowness of movement & fatigue) but also causes anxiety and stress. His manipulation treatment helps directly with the physical side, and his cranial work relaxes me, reducing my stress levels and therefore my symptoms. He is very caring and supportive and his holistic approach has also helped me on other levels - for example, he suggested a food allergy test, which proved good advice as it revealed allergies I was not aware of. I am extremely grateful to John as I know that without his help I wouldn't be able to manage as well as I do with my illness.

Visiting John was suggested to me by two friends when I had a bad back. Since then I have been to see him intermittently for a 'tune up'. I've been deeply impressed by his skills as an osteopath, and also by his down-to-earth, common-sense attitude; you can ask him about any medical matter but he never gives advice if he doesn't feel he knows about it. Such an attitude builds trust, and I would say that I trust John totally. I cannot recommend his work highly enough.
